1. Brief introduction:

Screw chiller is one of the most important machines on the slaughter line. It is used to cool the carcass after evisceration. It is working with ice or cold water to make the carcass cool. Stainless steel made machine body, with mixing system. Stable working and low breakdown rate.

 

2. Specification:

-Time of pre-cooling: 30~45min or as customers requirements

-Stainless steel made screw blade with diameter of 1600mm or 2100mm

-Stainless steel tumble of propellor with diameter of 320mm, and thickness of 3mm

-Stainless steel reinforcement rib and end cover with thickness of 10mm

-Stainless steel made machine body

-Pushing motor with power of 0.55kw/0.75kw

-Power of the motor for the reducer for pushing out chicken 0.55kw/0.75kw

-Whirlpool wind blower with power of 4kw/5.5kw

-Chilling medium: cold water or flake ice

-Chilling temperature: 0-4℃
